Default Frank Walker To Be Questioned Over Waterfront Development

Plans for developing a large section of Jersey's waterfront are back in the spotlight this week.

Deputy Gerard Baudains has fired off a string of questions to be answered by Chief Minister Frank Walker.

The Deputy wants to know if there has been a full independent review of the legal cases which involve preferred developer Harcourt. If so he wants to know when the findings will be made public.

He's also asking what financial guarantees will be in place before the development contract is signed.
