The population figures show the number of people living in Jersey at the end of 2007 was over 90,000 - an increase of nearly 1,500 on the previous year - and could increase to around 108,000 in summer when more tourists and seasonal-workers are in Jersey.

Thanks for posting that video. I personally remember Jersey being over-crowded, although I see the point you are making, it sure doesn't look it from the air, however, my memories of living in grotty over-crowded, over-priced St Helier tell me that this video doesn't show a true reflection of the population.

It was somewhat emotional to watch the video. Not for the fact that I ever want to come back to my homeland to live, but for the memories of the last time I flew back to visit family and friends, almost 6 years ago. I could still see in my minds eye my dear mum waving from the glass windows, and the lump in my throat, my eyes welling up. I do so dearly want to come back to see them all again, but certainly never to live there again.

Once again thanks for the video, I watched every second of it.
