Exclamation Creepy Valley travesty.

As the title there is a travesty occurring at Les Ormes Valley known locally as Creepy Valley in St Brelade.
Creepy Valley | Les Ormes | Jersey

There have been serious irregularities in the Planning Process that have led to the devastation of this calm and peaceful area.

The website was set up to try and bring the truth out into the public domain.

The more people that know what has really gone on here the better.

A very wordy website I couldn't face reading all the way through the many pages.
Would you consider opening on page 1 by summarising the main points of what you think has gone wrong - then let the interested reader read on for more details once they get the gist of it?
best wishes

Hi

Thanks for your feedback and suggestion.

I'm actually hoping that once someone has seen the index page which clearly illustrates the extent and nature of the development that they will then find their way onto Page 1 in which they will be able to find more details including links to the Planning & Environment Dept Report and the Consultation Process document which was extracted from the Proposal Document. It the information that is contained within these two documents where major untruths and inaccuracies are to be found. The remaining pages are predominantly pictures which you evidently didn't get to.

Unfortunately this matter has layers of complexity that demands the use of words. Hopefully those people who are genuinely concerned about the environment and the serious irregularities that have led to this development will be prepared to read further. It isn't really that difficult and it is a very serious matter.

there is several issues here
1/ this appears to be a cover up without giving the facts to the people most affected i.e the residents of bel vue
2/ the planning & environment minister has a total disregard for the very environment that has been placed in his care

hi sonofsilence

So much more information has come to light in the past couple of weeks.

It has now been confirmed that Chris Shepley is being brought in from the UK to do an "independent" enquiry and produce an "independent" report. Mainly on account that the "independent" report produced by Sean Power was not to Freddie Cohen's liking. Sean Power said that the Les Ormes Adventure Centre should not be allowed to open until all the irregularities were thoroughly investigated.

There is something really stinks about all this.

According to Freddie Cohen... Tourism awarded Les Ormes £35,000 for the Adventure Centre...but Freddie knew nothing at all about it...even though the information was in the file.

Mike Graham the manager of Les Ormes Leisure Centre, is also a board member of Bosdet Foundation Property Group, and is also a long standing member of the Tourism Development Fund Advisory Panel...the body that recommends awards. Very handy.
