I was out for a couple of hours yesterday off the rocks ar St Quen, we had a few mackerel and a couple of Pollock, nothing to exciting. The wind started to get a bit fresh and we headed home. Still no Bass this year yet.

I went out for a couple of hours on Saturday and finally managed to get a Bass about 3lbs and a couple of Mackrel. Did anyone else have much luck?

Went out yesterday had a tope and a conger, both were 22-25lb. About 3 dozen mackerel.

I think the most Mackerel are being caught from the shore right now.

Sunday is looking promising for getting the boat out.

Will try for some Bass, as from what I've heard, last weekend was pretty successfull for a few people plugging and live sandeeling, in the shallower waters.

What is the best Charter Boat to go out on? I have used Dave Nuth before and had quite good success with him. I would want to catch mainly bass.
