Default Cyrano's Restaurant

Cyrano's Restaurant

Jersey’s leading Pan Pacific restaurant presents a fusion of familiar and exotic flavours using the best local ingredients. Head chef, Danny Moisan, takes the freshest fish and seafood, fillets and vegetables and uses his skill and expertise to create dishes that inspired by his travels to Asia and beyond. It’s all about simple flavours that are perfectly cooked.

Try Cyrano’s for lunch where you can choose from a daily selection of fresh panini, like cajun chicken with eggplant relish for only £3.75 or dishes like shredded crispy duck salad with passion infused soy or plenty of good vegetarian options. The flavours are clean, the menus change daily and with most dishes around the five pound mark, it’s excellent value.

Dinner is a real event with appetising starters like Grouville Bay oysters with spicy Asian dressing or fillet of beef, sizzling on hot stones, with satay sauce and lime splash. Mains like mirin and soy roast duck breast with wasabi dauphinoise and the dramatic whole seabass, baked in banana leaf with chili and basmati, are alive with exotic flavours. For those with a seriously monster appetite, try their chargrilled fillet steak served with venison sausage, lamb cutlet and tiger prawns in garlic butter. But make sure you leave room for Cyrano’s famous homemade desserts. You’ll be hard pushed to refuse the comfort of rum and raison infused bread and butter pudding or the seductively smooth white chocolate and Baileys cheesecake.

The atmosphere at Cyrano’s is relaxed and informal with seating for thirty, making it the perfect choice for a cosy lunch or dinner. Or, if you’re planning a party, why not get Danny to cook up a storm just for you and your guests. He’ll demonstrate how he puts together each dish and you can take away ideas to try at home or just enjoy the show with a glass of wine.
