I don't think Havana was that busy on Friday, and apparently on Saturday it was pretty quiet in there...

It's just like any pub saying NO AFRICANS permitted, that is wrong and any pub or venue would be in hot political water.
But they get away with saying NO FAT GIRLS or FAT GIRLS WELCOME
