Local Bands Compete For Slot At Jersey Live
Porcupine Effect and Black Stats were competing at the Jersey Live 2008 Battle of the Bands competition at Liquid nightclub and won their a slot at Jersey Live. Their win means they'll start proceedings on the main stage at Jersey Live 2008 - One on Saturday and one on Sunday.
In a twist to the competition, judges announced a third band had won the opportunity to take to the main stage at Guernsey Live at the beginning of May... That went to Shillachi. The ten bands competing follows: Good Time Boys, Banquet, Speedways, Porcupine Effect, Shillachi, Exchange, Brave Yesterday, Black Stats, Retrik, Contraband. All good news for the Positiv team. |
