Changeover day

Arrival time to the villa is from 4pm and departure by 10am prior arrangements can be made to suit your personal travel arrangement. A local representative will arrange to meet you to direct you to the villa. Bedding/towels are changed on a weekly basis.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed on the first floor.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds on the ground floor.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds on the ground floor.

Bathrooms:Shower room on the first floor.
Bathroom with full length bath and overhead shower on the ground floor.

Kitchen:Kettle, toaster, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.

Living Rooms:Open plan lounge and dining room with terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, TV, CD player, radio. Fireplace and central heating throughout for winter months.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All the bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and are changed on a weekly basis this is included within the price. Please confirm the number of people that will be in the villa at the time of booking and if the Sofa Bed or Z bed is required.

Notes on accommodation
You will find a welcome pack in the villa including water, bread, milk, sugar, eggs, bacon, butter/margarine, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine. A car hire car is recommended, to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this area. There is a restaurant at the entrance to the mountain for those wishing to not drive it is about a 4 min walk away.

Accessibility
This villa may not be suitable for those with mobility problems due to the amount of stairs.

Outside
The private swimming pool is 8x4m with sunny terracing, terrace furniture, balcony, patio, sunbeds, barbeque, parking and private parking.

Coast/Beach
Sun worshippers can enjoy 5km of wide, fine sandy beaches at Gandia, considered to be the best beaches along the Valencian Coast. Only a 15 min drive away. Along the shores you will find a charming fishing port, marina and Nautical Club. There is windsurfing, sailing, fishing trips and swimming, diving, tennis, golf, cycling or just walking.

Golf
Golfers have a number of courses to choose from within a comfortable drive. Local bus service, which will take you on a round trip from Ador to Gandia town. 1 euro round trip.

Special interest holidays
Local activities: cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind surfing. Local leisure: shopping centre, small shops, restaurants, pubs, café, internet café, theatre, zoo, water park, amusement park, harbour, museum, church, park, market, board walk and concerts.

Travel
Alicante or Valencia airport 90/110km. Beach 10km. Golf 5km. Shops 3km.
Distances
The villa is between Valencia and Alicante, it is a 2 min drive to local villages with many shops, bars, restaurants, 24 hour emergency centre and many other amenities. It is also just a 15 min drive from the bustling historic town of Gandia. Gandia truly boasts the best beaches on the Mediterranean and are proud of their award winning Blue Flag status.

Further details
The villa has private parking on the property. Lying in the district of La Safor in the province of Valencia, it has a mild climate that will enable you to enjoy a pleasant stay at any time of the year. A delightful drive through orange groves brings you to the Villa, which is amongst the mountains with spectacular views.

Outings are plentiful;
Gualalest is an outstanding day out with beautiful views, and historical culture. Oceanographica in Valencia is a must, especially if you like architecture and sea life. There is two nearby splash and slides, one in Benidorm and the other in cullera. Moraira is a beautiful town, bursting with restaurants, varying from Indian cuisine to Chinese, along with many Spanish Tapa bars.

Monte Corona Mountain is a fairly new urbanisation, this villa which is tastefully built and furnished to meet every need for your holiday is situated close to the foot of the mountain. The garden is maturing and neatly laid with terrace, there is a swimming pool and large garden BBQ.

Gandia town, is plentiful of shops, tapas bars, restaurants and historical buildings. Xativa Castle, which is an historical ruin, is situated just outside Gandia on the A332. Behind the Villa is a mountain called La Llacuna, a drive through the mountain tunnels is beautiful, which leads to wonderful lagoons and waterfalls. This is a good picnic day!

Oliva, Damus, Bellreguard and all surrounding villages are very Spanish, with plenty of Spanish restaurants, shops & Tapas Bars. Markets, in Gandia on Saturday morning, Oliva on Friday morning, and a large Rastro (new and second hand market) in Pedreguar, every Sunday.

Booking notes
A deposit of £200 will secure your booking and will be confirmed on receipt. A 200 euro refundable breakage deposit is required on arrival and this is returned to you on receiving confirmation that the villa was left in good order with no breakages or damage. The full rental is due 8 weeks before arrival date. To book, please check that the villa is available and please confirm the number of people that will be staying in the villa.
