HI we are a locally qualified family,and are looking for a landlord that appreciates good tenants,
we are looking for a 2 bed with a box room that could be used as a study or a 3 bedroom house,
we have furniture and a fridge freezer and washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher we can bring with us.
We have two boys 8 and 18months and two very well house trained cats that go out most of the time.
We are good tenants and like to look after our home and feel comfortable in our home.
Preferably on the east of the island as our son is in a school on this side of the island.
We would need parking for 1 car and 1 motorbike.
We would like a small enclosed garden or patio safe for the children to play.
And here's the catch we can afford to pay around the £1000 mark per month, (less if possible), as said we are good tennamts and would look after the property.
