The Grand Hotel is one of Jersey’s landmark hotels, located in the island’s main town of St Helier. With panoramic views across the beautiful St Aubin’s Bay and offering a wealth of comforts and facilities, this landmark hotel continues as one of the most popular hotels in the Channel Islands. Whether you are looking for a relaxing leisure break taking in the glorious sunshine and the delightfully laid back pace of life that Jersey enjoys or looking for a comprehensive and well-equipped venue for meetings or conferences, The Grand Hotel in St Helier offers the best of both worlds.

The hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment, and now features 122 comfortable and elegant rooms and suites, many of which offer spectacular sea views. Leisure facilities are also impressive, with an array of facilities including cinema, an indoor heated swimming pool, saunas, a spa bath, Jacuzzi, steam room and solaria and a fully equipped gym, while the beauty salon, with its spa and beauty treatment rooms, is expected to reopen in July. Jersey is renowned for its culinary delights, and the Grand Hotel certainly complies with the island’s passion for food. Tassili is one of the Channel Island’s finest gourmet restaurants, serving a range of imaginative and innovative dishes amidst stylish and intimate surroundings. Victorias, meanwhile, is considered to be one of Jersey’s landmark restaurants. Serving contempory brasserie food, it features the Supper Club every Saturday night. Guests can also enjoy al fresco dining on the hotel’s private terrace, which offers spectacular views of Elizabeth Castle. The Champagne Bar has also been refurbished in fabulous style, and has emerged as one of the places to be seen in Jersey.

Business customers will be equally impressed by the facilities. The Grand Hotel features extensive conference and banqueting capabilities, catering for up to 230 guests in style. And with its effortless access from the UK and from mainland Europe, the Grand Hotel has emerged not only as an inviting setting for a relaxing holiday, but also for business meetings. The Channel Islands offer a haven of calm and relaxation; lying approximately 100 miles off the southern coast of the UK and just 14 miles from the French coast, this collection of beautiful little islands offers so much. There is a fascinating and tangible sense of history; a vast array of activities and attractions to appeal to all age groups; stunning scenery; many wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants; and the feeling that you have escaped to another world, yet still within easy reach of the mainland.

The extensive refurbishment has now been completed with over half the 122 bedrooms completed with air conditioning, luxuriously designed interiors, large flat screen TV’s, mood lighting to die for and the ubiquitous mini-bars. You’ll love the corridors too! The dedicated meeting centre – The Park suites, are elegant with natural finishes – the limestone floors to decadent wood finishes and the deep suede padded walls for the specialized private screening room. The private rooms themselves have an air of Bond about them – highly provocative with all the latest technology.

Our restaurants offer contrasting styles. The modern brasserie, Victorias, where the menus are designed for ease, variety and all tastes to the renowned Tassili gourmet restaurant where none other than Albert Roux takes charge at the helm. The Champagne Lounge – a must for all connoisseurs of wines and champagnes – has over 100 champagnes to choose from with an abundance of luxury canapés and caviars to accompany your favourite fizz as you sink into the sofas and soak up the atmosphere.

Located and known locally as the gateway to St Helier overlooking St Aubins Bay and Elizabeth Castle, the jersey hotel is well positioned to the financial centre of the island. The esplanade is only a 5 minute walk from the main jersey business hub and shopping district. Our fleet of cars can transport guests to and from the airport linking France and Europe with flights from all major regional cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Paris to name a few.

The Grand Jersey Hotel, we hope to see you soon
