Unhappy Roads & Junctions altered but no one tells us!

I dont remember the Five oaks roundabout having a raised centre mound
maybe im wrong but the tarmac looks new ?
I dident read anything in the JEP about it or hear radio mention anything,
my friend clobbered it when she went round yesterday causing a bad steering wobble and wheel rim damage, in my mind its an accident waiting to happen as it could throw your car into oncoming traffic, I hope someone at St Saviours parish hall who's done this reads this before someone is killed or hurt.

There is other strange alterations thats been done a few months ago on the corner of Route de Fort as you turn right coming from Georgetown to head for Colomberie & Mt Millais, The pavement has been modified to stick right out blocking your way for the right hand lane that goes up by the side of the park?
and at the end of Roseville Street by the Pool the roads been narrowed and Metal bollards fitted?
Why? again I dident see any info in paper

is it all to keep the road workers busy and in employment doing unessary work

Five Oaks rindabite was modified a month or three ago, with a new light in the middle too.
Absolutely pointless paving there, and as you say, dangerous as well.
