St Helier Esplanade Car-park Development
I was in the old Tourist office today looking at the development model on show.
It is going for a two storey underground car-park below the buildings, with the underpass connecting it.
In case of flooding it is using the same system being used at the moment.
Whilst the car park on Esplanade site is being built the Pier Road Car-Park will have to be used by access up Conway Street turn right @ Bond Street to Pier Road ?.
Looks like a very big job Regarding The Accommodations, Offices, Shops & Bar. Good Luck.
