Just did a whois on the the jersey-eye website, Edward Mellors, only registered the domain 18th May 2008. Sure was a last minute job. I'm now more convinced Frank Walker is involved, bet he thought it would take the onus off of HDLG, didn't really work though did it. I'm gonna be looking for more to connect the two of them.

If I miss the Vulcan over this, I'm going to be absolutely furious! Grrrrrrrr!

Dont think there is any danger of them making much profit judging by the amount of people actually using it.

Wonder if the owners wll sue the organiser for misleading them by telling them that Jersey was a popular tourist destinaion.

drove past it last night (for the umpteenth time) and finally saw 2 people in a gondola.....result!

he/they must be f*ckin raking it in....aye, right!

what's the bets that when the states finances are reviewed we find out this thing had to be subsidised/bailed out?

Making a loss? Who'd have thought?

Maybe when the final £30,000 is counted, that can serve as a good indication of how fed up the public are with the Waterfront Area and how reluctant we are to go down there for anything.

Waterfront is a Hostile Place to be, its like the Siberian front most of the year as the wind and cold bites thro you same as la Collette fuel area does if you ask anyone who works there Brrrr
