Quite right Jodie!

What's the point moving when we can take the p*ss out of Jimmy here....

There seem to be enough like minded, arguementative, funny, sad, hopeful, hopeless, rude, polite, sane, nutty people on here to be able to shoot the breeze for a long time yet!

Did anyone else get a PM from "Ostar" about another forum?

I'd just like to say "Oi, Ostar...NO!!"

Keep Smilin'

You may not realise it but forums have been around in Jersey for a while. I remember a person that used to run a bulletin board over 10 years ago.

We are keeping Planet Jersey solely on Jersey though. Covering all the Islands is a little time consuming!

Mind you, looking at this new forum, it reminds me more of your forum than ours.

Far too many parts to that forums

No point making loads of sections with no users

I agree, that's my pet hate too. It's far easier to click the button to see what's new since the last visit, and select from the titles - which means the subforums are a waste of time.

I had a pm inviting me to that forum, how rude is that? I was looking at planet Jersey earlier and they seem to be deleting posts just because they don’t like them. A user from this forum had stated posting looks like they deleted the entire thread, I seen a reply from his asking why his post was deleted and they seem to have deleted that one too, whats all that about?. So much for free speech over at that forum.

If it's the person I'm thinking of, maybe it's because he duplicated on other forums including here the same text.

I would beleive that but i seen a post from that uses asking why his thread was deleted, as apparently he didnt have any warnings, he listed the rules of the forum, now that thread has been deleted, and most of his other posts, whats all that about? it stinks Planet Jersey are breaking their own rules for all to see, as someone said earlier on this forum that JTM when he was a mod at why Guernsey used to delete threads just beacause he did not like the conversation, i now think that person was right. There is no free speech on Planet Jersey unless of-course you post something the admin likes.
