I did think about posting this under one of the other forums e.g. Restaurants or Pub Grub, but it didn't seem to quite fit !

Please can have people's views and experiences on the best places for Sunday lunch.

Pomme d'Or carvery is great.
Merton Hotel carvery is great too, but is closed for the winter !
The Lounge was good VFM, but haven't been for ages

Heard mixed reports about the Yacht's Carvery

Any others ?

Im just back from Les Fontaines out at St John its well worth a visit, Les Chariers at St Peters used to do a good Carvery

The Monterey hotel do a good carvery

don't think u can beat the old court house.
Had problems with the service at the lounge on sundays in the past.
