Reception supervisor

Job Description:
A 4* hotel in Jersey is looking for a Reception Supervisor to assist Reception Manager in managing a young and dedicated team. You must have previous supervisory experience gained in high standard hotels. Your role will be to ensure that all guests are dealt with professionally and efficiently as well as to train and motivate staff. Excellent spoken and written English is required; working knowledge of a second language would be an advantage. Strong computer skills, knowledge of Protel or other hotel computer system would be desirable.
