My friend who is also a good friend of phils lives in the same building as him. I know (knew) the family very well and used to knock around with Colin.
I'm not sure Phil is on or has access to the internet. I'm just waiting on a call back from my friend to hopefully obtain phil's number.
I am almost certain he's not going to want it given out to anybody, have you a "clue word" or something that might identify you to him?
